As a Career Successions member, you have free access to all of the instructional and educational videos offered by our career specialists. You are also provided access to the online Hoovers company database (more than 30 Million companies), the online Kennedy Recruiter database and the WinWay resume software.  In addition to these items included as part of your membership, you are also provided with the opportunity to purchase items in the Site Store, and other service offerings provided on the Site.

By Subscribing, am I Guaranteed a New Job or New Career?

No, we cannot guarantee you a new job or a new career. But we can provide you with tools, advice, and other resources to make your search more effective, more productive, and more fun.  However, we do provide you with a Satisfaction Guarantee as provided below.

What is the Career Successions Satisfaction Guarantee?

If you have paid for our service for six months and are not satisfied, you can use the service for the next six months free of charge. You are not entitled to a money refund.

Who Can use my Account?

You are the only person entitled to use the service with your account. You are not allowed to share it with your friends, family members, or anyone else.

What are the Terms of Payment?

When you sign up, you are signing up for three months. You may elect to pay with three monthly payments, or select other money saving options if paid all at once.  After the third month you may cancel at any time. If you do not cancel, your credit card will be charged during the seventh, eighth and ninth months.  You can cancel at any time after the third month of the program.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You will be bound by these changes prospectively, but not retroactively.

Ownership of Intellectual Property

We and/or third parties own the copyrights and all other intellectual property rights associated with the Site, including its name, its “look and feel,” its design, logos, operation, instructional videos, and other content. You may not copy, reproduce or modify any element of the Site. By giving you access to the Site, we do not intend to give you a license or other interest in any intellectual property rights.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site only in the manner intended, i.e., to pursue your job and career search. You may not:

• Use the site for any illegal purpose.
• Try to access data, or parts of the Site, you are not authorized to access.
• Try to breach the security of the Site, or interfere with the use of the Site by others.
• Use an e-mail address that does not belong to you.
• Give anyone else your user name or password, or allow anyone else to use the Site.
• Affect the appearance of the Site.
• Post any information or material, including:
  • Obscene, sexually-explicit, libelous, threatening, false, or misleading information or language.
  • URLs, links, advertisements, or solicitations.
  • Information about any other person.
  • Confidential or proprietary information, trade secrets, copyrighted material, material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, and information that you are bound by contract not to disclose.

The Site might contain links to other sites, including those maintained by our advertisers. We make no representation or endorsement concerning the linked sites or the companies that maintain them.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us (including our officers, directors, employees, and agents) from and against any claims and costs, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from your use of the Site, or from your breach of these Terms and Conditions. If any such claim is made, we will notify you promptly and give you the opportunity to defend the claim.

Other Legal Terms

These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, constitute your entire agreement with us.  They will be governed by the internal laws of the State of New Jersey, without taking into account principles of conflicts of laws, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Camden County, New Jersey. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts. No waiver of any portion of these Terms and conditions will constitute a continuing waiver.
